Remember these vintage cookbooks?
There will be three great cook books revamped with some history from three local communities, all done by Dixie Lorentz and Jackie Martin-Jans. If you are interested in buying one, or all, please email gshs@sasktel.net, as soon as possible. All proceeds go to the Great Sandhills Museum in Sceptre. The price will depend on how many orders received. We will definitely have them at the museum when we open in May!
Christmas Cookie Walk – December 7
December 7 was a wonderful day for the museum, highlighted by our first Christmas Cookie Walk. Thanks to everyone who donated their delicious cookies and to all who came out to support the event, it was a tremendous success. The generosity, community spirit, and festive energy made the day truly special, and we’re grateful for everyone who helped make it happen.
